商務(wù)英語(yǔ) My pleasure？You are welcome 或 my pleasure 可以用在平時(shí)的交談中。在正式的書(shū)面信函中，要看對(duì)方是感謝你什么，從而做出最合適的回答。比如對(duì)方向你詢價(jià)，你回復(fù)后對(duì)方感謝你。這時(shí)你可以回復(fù)：You are mostly welcome to make any further inquiries, please feel free to contact me.如果你為對(duì)方做了什么事，那么，商務(wù)英語(yǔ) My pleasure？一起來(lái)了解一下吧。
my pleasure什么時(shí)候用
我參加過(guò)六次全國(guó)會(huì)了,碰到了很多次要我翻譯的情況,因?yàn)槲业挠⒄Z(yǔ)不好.所以,我以前也有過(guò)你這樣的問(wèn)題.之后我通過(guò)次實(shí)踐積累了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn),供你參考.
一.他們經(jīng)常問(wèn)的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題.
1.多少錢(qián).他們對(duì)價(jià)錢(qián)非常關(guān)心,因?yàn)樵谒麄冄壑?中國(guó)的產(chǎn)品就是價(jià)錢(qián)偏宜,你要小心他們忽悠你,說(shuō)一下要很多臺(tái).(有的時(shí)候他們說(shuō)的量,估計(jì)連他們都不相信,比如監(jiān)護(hù)儀,他說(shuō)一下子要1000臺(tái),你說(shuō)可能嗎?他也就是在打聽(tīng)你的最低價(jià),這個(gè)一定要讓老板決定)
2.產(chǎn)地.
3.向你要宣傳資料.
4.詢問(wèn)你們的產(chǎn)品有沒(méi)有通過(guò)CE認(rèn)證或者FDA認(rèn)證.
他們對(duì)產(chǎn)品的性能的詢問(wèn)少得可憐,不信你就問(wèn)一下出口量比較多的廠家的翻譯:深圳邁瑞,邦健,萬(wàn)東,這些公司.
二.不用太擔(dān)心你拿不下來(lái).
當(dāng)你搞不定的時(shí)候,你就用手寫(xiě)
三.一定要大方自然,不要拘禁,這不但代表一個(gè)公司的形象,而且代表國(guó)家的形象(有點(diǎn)大了),最主要是個(gè)人形象.
四.很多外國(guó)人懂漢語(yǔ),特別是阿拉伯國(guó)家的.而且很多人自帶翻譯.你萬(wàn)全不用擔(dān)心拿不下來(lái).
五.有的時(shí)候另你頭暈:那些跨國(guó)大公司的技術(shù)人員沒(méi)事也在場(chǎng)地上來(lái)回轉(zhuǎn)悠,問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)那個(gè),因?yàn)闆](méi)有人給他配翻譯,而他的問(wèn)題常是些技術(shù)性問(wèn)題,專業(yè)性非常強(qiáng).一般一句話中有五六個(gè)單詞你聽(tīng)不懂,你會(huì)頭暈!你遇到這種人,不用怎么理他,反正他們也不買(mǎi)東西,而且他們只是順便看看.區(qū)別這種人的最好辦法是:通常他們手里只拿一兩份彩頁(yè)(只是他所關(guān)心的產(chǎn)品的資料),而不像其它的外商,會(huì)拿一大堆的資料.而且如果你給這些人說(shuō)得太多,老板也不會(huì)高興,因?yàn)樗赡苁悄愕母?jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,來(lái)掌握你的資料.
六．其實(shí)他們的問(wèn)題通常就是那些最普通的對(duì)話．

商業(yè)文書(shū)或信函用語(yǔ)，表示“已知悉，并表示感謝”，相當(dāng)于中文口語(yǔ)中的“收到，謝謝”。
“Noted with thanks”是比較隨意的說(shuō)法。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，在商務(wù)場(chǎng)合，收到別人的信函或者通知后，出于禮貌應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ奖磉_(dá)已經(jīng)收到對(duì)方來(lái)函這件事，而又沒(méi)有什么特別需要回信的內(nèi)容，就會(huì)回這句話。
但是這并不是特別禮貌的或者尊敬的說(shuō)法，只是輕微的表示知道和感謝，最好不要用于回復(fù)上級(jí)、客戶或地位比自己高的人。
同樣的情況下，更為尊敬的說(shuō)法可以說(shuō)成：Well noted with much appreciation/gratitude。

不過(guò)你的問(wèn)題太籠統(tǒng)的，說(shuō)詳細(xì)點(diǎn)吧，關(guān)于展會(huì)的，設(shè)備的，還是禮儀的，越詳細(xì)越好，否則沒(méi)有辦法給你回答啊。
不過(guò)就這幾年我在美國(guó)公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，你別太在意你的會(huì)話程度和用詞，老外也知道你是中國(guó)人，不會(huì)刻意要求這些，你只要準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)你的意思，另外多說(shuō)些中性的話就可以了。
至于一些常規(guī)的禮貌用語(yǔ),比如nice to meet you.之類的廢話,我想不說(shuō)你也知道的,我也不想貼一大段廢話出來(lái).
對(duì)于你不知道，或不知道怎么回答的話，一律用
