1. 第一部分（填空詞一個或兩個單詞，所有字母要大寫，而且若兩單詞，中間要空一格）：

⑴一般來說，一篇短話會有七、八個回合，答案的出處一般為第三至五、六個回合。所以若前兩句沒聽懂，沒事，那個一般為引入話題而已，前面的鋪墊。注意聽第三至五、六個回合。

⑵要注意在聽前作預(yù)測，這樣會對接下來的短話有個粗略的商務(wù)背景環(huán)境的感覺，有助于接下來做題。

⑶一般一句話只會填出一個空格。

⑷所填的單詞很有可能為說話人重讀的單詞或詞組，而且有時候會放慢點語速，練到最后的聽力，就會比較容易聽出來，偌達到這種境界，那說明你成功了。

⑸一般，填一個空的單詞或詞組時，A提出一個觀點，接下來被B否認(rèn)，出現(xiàn)however，but之類的單詞，答案往往就是轉(zhuǎn)折詞之后的單詞。前面先提出來的通常為干擾信息，但是也可能有例外，有時候前面之前被否定的部分?。?！

2．第二部分—選項配對（聽力中一致被認(rèn)為最難的一部分）：

⑴第一個小部分通常為內(nèi)容題，第二個小部分通常為觀點題?？吹筋}目后，不要直接看選項，應(yīng)該也要看一下題目中的問題：例如發(fā)言人在管理的成功之處什么，說話人有什么目的……,這有助于一個粗略的商務(wù)環(huán)境的背景。

⑵若聽到的和題目中，重合越多，首先排除。

去聽聽voa，或是各類新聞呀，比如說英語點津網(wǎng)站，經(jīng)濟學(xué)人等。但是要精聽，聽同一篇文章，吃透了再換。自己制定一個計劃，比如說幾天內(nèi)把一篇文章吃透，先聽一遍大意，再對照原文，再聽，再對照。雖然枯燥，但只有在這樣有節(jié)奏的反復(fù)中聽力能力的提高才看得出來。畢竟是門語言呀親。
