眾所周知,銷售的專業(yè)價值,資源價值都非常重要。今天我們來討論一下如何提升專業(yè)價值,就是從基礎(chǔ)的郵件表達開始,glad to see you,這個懂就是懂,不懂就是不懂,that was great。如果我們措詞比較專業(yè),靈活應(yīng)變,不要過多重復(fù)使用一種句式,客戶會對我們比較真實有人性的一個人,而不是電腦對面的一串?dāng)?shù)字??蛻魰容^信任專業(yè)的銷售,沒有對比就沒有傷害。

一、郵件開頭表達問候

Salutation——稱呼
開頭的稱呼大多數(shù)人都不會太注意,然而細(xì)節(jié)有時可以決定成敗。在西方國家,比如已婚女性和未婚女性所使用的表達就不一樣,因此在給女性客戶發(fā)郵件的時候請務(wù)必了解清楚。
用dear作為郵件的開頭肯定是沒有問題的,但是很多小伙伴卻忘了在后面寫上人名,電子郵件dear的后面一定要有“人”。因為翻譯的原因,很多人都認(rèn)為“dear”是一個關(guān)系很親密的稱呼,但是在外國人眼里這個詞其實是很正式的,就像我們寫信的時候?qū)懙摹白鹁吹摹?、“敬愛的”等等?/p>
所以在寫郵件的時候“dear”用在比較正式的場合,表示一種對他人的尊敬,后面可以加上名字或者姓氏,seeyoutomorrow。
如果是給不知道名字的人或者是在寫一封普通的郵件,可以在開頭選擇“Greetings”、“Hi there”。但在寫郵件的時候千萬別再使用Dear Sir和Dear Madam,這種說法過于老套并且很正式,給人一種你不必用心查找對方的名字的感覺,有點冒犯。還有“To whom it may concern”也不要用。
我們通常用的表達如下:
1、Dear Mr./ Ms. Smith (具體某人)
如果對方的有這些讓他自豪的頭銜,也可以稱呼客戶的頭銜。
2、Dear Prof.(教授)/Dr.(博士)+ 姓(頭銜,great to see,職位)
3、有人說Hi 更好, 有人說Dear 更好,用中道的思維就是:不做選擇題,可以一起結(jié)合使用,我通常會結(jié)合使用。 比如說: Hi, Dear (Mr.) XXX
Hi,it was great, Hello 代表打招呼。單純使用未免太過于疏遠,而銷售又是要締結(jié)關(guān)系,特別是比較親密的關(guān)系。所以這個也沒有什么問題。但是不要直接使用 Hi dear, 不加客戶的名字就代表是個調(diào)戲、調(diào)情的意思。對于這個千萬不要亂用,因為回頭你也許會問我客戶騷擾你怎么辦?

Starting——開篇
對大多數(shù)商務(wù)郵件的開篇而言,我們都可以通過提及與客戶之前的接觸來表示友好的問候。
首先可以提及下你跟客戶的“交情”并做出感謝,has great fun。比如感謝客戶跟你在哪里見過面、吃過飯、拜訪過公司、展會上聊天或者通過電話,談?wù)撨^什么內(nèi)容等等。如果并沒有的話,那么就感謝對方的來信。(甚至沒有及時回復(fù)對方的時候也表示感謝讓其等了很久)
通常我們會用這樣的表達:
1. Thank you for your (kind) letter of January 15th.
感謝您在1月15日的來信。
2. It was a pleasure meeting you at the conference this month.
很高興在本月的會議上認(rèn)識您。
3. I do appreciate your patience in waiting for a response.
感謝您耐心等待我的回復(fù)。
4. Thank you for contacting us.
感謝您聯(lián)系我們。
5. It was a pleasure meeting you in Shanghai last month.
上個月在上海見到您很高興。
6. I enjoyed having lunch with you last week in NewYork.

在簡單寒暄之后,我們就可以直接點明寫信目的。此處請注意,在表達意圖的時候也要盡可能的簡潔明了。不然會讓客戶沒有興趣繼續(xù)讀下去。
二、初次和客戶聯(lián)系說明發(fā)郵件的原因
State the main point——點名主旨
這一部分作為郵件的重點,需要向客戶表述你的主要訴求。比如你寫郵件是為了請求客戶幫忙、提供報價,詢問客戶問題、或者回應(yīng)客戶需求,great to do,提供證明材料等。通常我們會用到這樣的表達:
1. We are writing to inform you that.../ to confirm.../ to request.../to enquire about...
It was great. Nancy: Onsummer vacation, I wrote some articles(文章)for some newspapersand magazines. I made money, and joined a music club. I learned to play theguitar. Cherry: Itwas very hot in summer。
我們寫信是為了通知/確認(rèn)/請求/詢問……
2. I recently read/heard about...and would like to know...
我們最近聽說......因此想要知道...…
3. I am contacting you for the following reason...
此次聯(lián)系您主要是為了......
4. We'd like to invite you to a meeting on May 15th.
我們想要邀請您參加5月15日的會議。
需要注意的是,在做這部分表述的時候,我們通??梢允褂靡韵露陶Z:

這句話當(dāng)中的see顯然是動詞,與小品詞to放在一起構(gòu)成動詞不定式。動詞不定式to see you again.在句中充當(dāng)表語補足語。

您能告訴我下一步計劃是什么嗎?

Be動詞是表語。既然be動詞is擺在那里了,所以剩下的那個就是補語 有時候別想那么多,越想搞清楚越糊涂??傊矣X得他們?yōu)榱烁愠鰝€語法了,就隨便亂套遍出很多變態(tài)的語法rules. 多看電影多看tv show,養(yǎng)語感,就不要語法了。
