訂單號英語縮寫

商務(wù)信函一般由:信頭、編號和日期、封內(nèi)地址、稱呼、事由、信文、結(jié)尾敬語、簽署、附件、附言等組成。

信內(nèi)地址:在一般的社交信中,信內(nèi)收信人的地址通常省略,但是在公務(wù)信函中不能。將收信人的姓名、單位、地址等寫在信頭日期下方的左角上,要求與對信頭的要求一樣,不必再寫日期。
