While we thank you for your L/C dated April 8, 2009, we regret to say that we have found some discrepancies. You are, therefore, requested to make the following amendments：

1. For expiry date, it should be “May 15, 2009 negotiation in beneficiary country” instead of applicant country；

2. For insurance it should be “for 110% CIF of invoice value covering insurance against WPA and clash & breakage & war risks as per the relevant ocean marine cargo of P.I.C.C dated 1/1/1981” instead of “130% of invoice value covering institute cargo clauses (A) as per I.C.C dated 1/1/1982”；

3. For goods description it should be “DS1511 30-piece Dinnerware and tea set 542 sets” instead of “544 ets”；

4. Shipment is from Shanghai to Toronto instead of to Vancouver.

5. Partial shipments and transshipment are allowed.

6. In special instruction, it should be “the value of freight prepaid” in stead of “pre aid”.

7. In the last paragraph, it should be “We hereby agree with the drawers, endorsers and bona fide holder” instead of “fide holder”.

Please confirm the amendments by fax as soon as possible.
