4.如果內(nèi)容較長(zhǎng),可以適當(dāng)分段并且標(biāo)注編號(hào),可以用1,2,3或者A,B,C 等符號(hào)標(biāo)識(shí)不同的內(nèi)容。
5.語(yǔ)言應(yīng)該禮貌。
