"Mother" are two common words that can no longer be used, but they are written in my heart and engraved in my bones!

When I get home, how can there be delicious food waiting for me on the table? Who did it for me? When I am sick, there is always someone in bed with me and cry for me. Who is he? Who gave me a quilt when I was sleeping? When you feel scared, who will give you support and comfort to sleep? It's her! It's our mother!

I remember once I asked my mother, "why do you pay so much for us silently?" My mother only said one sentence: "because you are my child!" the voice just fell. Tears ran down my face. Mother's words hurt the hearts of all mothers in the world. Think it over. Yes, mother taught us not to covet anything, just because we are their children, that's all.

Looking at my mother's weather beaten face, new wrinkles and tired appearance, I really want to say: Mom, mom, you work very hard! sit back! I can do all the work at home. Let me do it. Don't spoil us any more! "

Children from all over the world, please listen to my advice. Pat your mother on the back, rub your shoulders and say it in the most sincere voice. Mom, thank you for your hard work! "

My mother has paid so much for us without complaint or regret. Let's think about a question: what do we give our mother?

The word "mother" is very common, but she is sacred and glorious. Let it be engraved in my bones and heart forever! I have no regrets.

Our parents are our first teachers. They teach us to talk, walk, eat and learn to be human. It's all about parents. Parents are our first enlightenment teachers.

From the moment we remember, if we have any grievances, sad and sad things, we will tell our parents and wait for their comfort. When we encounter failure, our parents encourage us and comfort us: "don't lose heart, this is the first time, we must do it well next time!" Such words came into our ears, let us have enough confidence to face it, try it, again and again, we finally succeeded. It is precisely because we have the company of our parents on the long road of life that we will thrive. Father and mother, it is because of you that I will overcome all kinds of difficulties and move towards success.

When we were young, after being bullied, who wouldn't let us be bullied again? When we came home tired from school, who made us a bowl of hot and delicious rice? Thank you, mom and dad. It is because of your care, care and love along the hard way that we can achieve today's results. It is because of you along the way that I am not afraid of failure and difficulties, and overcome all kinds of difficulties again and again.

With your care along the way, I am no longer a child before. I have become strong and have the courage to overcome difficulties.

Ah, this man is a mother; Ah, this person is my mother. This person gave me life and gave me a home... "Every time I hear this song, the greatness of maternal love springs up in my mind, as if everything in the world is so small in front of maternal love that the world can't feel their existence.

The selflessness of maternal love cannot be described clearly in words. Every mother is a great man. After October pregnancy and finally experiencing the pain of death, we have our life; What we have achieved today. And behind which success there is no mother's patient guidance and hard work.

Maternal love is even greater. I remember seeing a true story in a book. His mother was busy selling things, and his six-year-old son was playing on the track behind him. Suddenly, a train came. The mother first thought that her son was in danger. She was six or seven meters away from her son. Seeing that the train was about to pass, she saw that the mother rushed to her son at a "flying" speed and held her son in her arms. The people present were surprised, so what force was the mother rushing to her son. But before they could think about it, they rushed to save their mother and son. It turned out that the son was safe and sound, but the mother was not spared.

Maternal love is holy. Nothing is purer than maternal love.

People often say that mother is selfless, maternal love is warm... And a song praising mother - only mother is good in the world.

One summer night, the weather was very hot. When I was too hot to sleep, I woke up and found that my mother was fanning me. My sweat wet my mother's clothes, but my mother still fanned me. My mother's love was a cool wind when I was hot in summer. I only knew that my mother was sometimes good and sometimes bad. I just thought it was good at that time. Before, I didn't know how strong my mother's love was. I didn't understand how difficult it was to be a mother and how great it was to be a mother until I was promoted to the fifth grade.

The teacher gave us a piece of noodles. Let's make cookies and look like what we want to do. It's best not to be too thick, or we won't bake well. As soon as I got it, I was silly and thought: it's easy to do what I want to do, but don't be too thick and troublesome! I sat and thought, thinking and doing it. I made a round cookie, but it was not round at all. It looked very strange; Another five pointed star was made. After pinching it, it was not just five pointed stars, but hexagonal and hexagonal; I made a shape casually. I saw it was too high and thick, it was not cooked, and I pinched it again ----- in short, I came up with countless kinds of shapes, pinched many kinds of shapes, and denied many kinds of shapes. I want to see other people's and get some inspiration from them. At first glance, there are five pointed stars, smiling faces, windmills, villains and... There are all kinds of looks, but I am not inspired at all. Suddenly, an idea came into my mind: how about making cookies volcanic?

It's easy to do and blessed. It's easy to do, because it's good to pull out a round head on a surface with a round bottom and poke a hole in the round head; The blessing is: I wish my mother as much happiness as the eruption of a volcano. Well, now that I've thought about it, I'll start doing it. I did it in the way I wanted. It's not flat, but it doesn't matter, because Yamamoto is not flat; I made a few like this, gave them to the teacher and put them in the oven

Finally, I gave my mother the biscuits I made to repay my mother's kindness in raising me for nearly ten years. My mother tasted it and said: Well, it's done well!

1.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Dear parents, teachers and students

hello everyone!

Today I'm here to talk to you: learn to be grateful.

Gratitude, in fact, is everywhere. What is my reason for standing here? It's gratitude. Thank teachers and students for their support and love, thank the school for the opportunity, thank my mother for her training, and thank me for my own efforts. Thanks for all this, I stand here today.

Religion is the most respectful of gratitude. They thank God and the Lord. Of course, we are much more grateful than them.

Thank your parents for giving you life and bringing you up; Thank teachers, they teach you knowledge and lead you to be a "capital person"; Thank your friends, they let you feel the warmth of the world; Thank your opponents, they make you keep working hard.

Thanks to the sun, it makes you warm; Thanks to the river, it allows you to have clear water; Thanks to the earth, it gives you living space. Gratitude is a kind of mentality, a kind of quality and an art.

Gratitude is optimism. Isn't it optimistic to thank difficulties and setbacks? Isn't it optimistic to thank your opponents and enemies? For some people and things that we don't like very much, isn't it optimistic to think about the positive side of them as much as possible, think about their advantages to us, and thank them? Therefore, gratitude is an optimistic attitude.

Gratitude is courtesy. When someone helps us, we say "thank you" casually, which may bring a warm current to the other party's heart. Some people have paid a lot for us, we thank him, and he may help us more. To be grateful is to be polite and show gratitude. Therefore, gratitude is a kind of polite quality.

Gratitude is a brush. Learn to be grateful, and life will become wonderful. Gratitude depicts life, which is a large freehand brushwork of life; The light landscape in life is decorated with elegance; The meticulous brushwork in life is delicately described. Therefore, gratitude is a diversified art.

Some people say that it is human nature to forget gratitude. When we come to this world by chance, we have already begun to enjoy all the material and spiritual achievements brought to us by our predecessors before we can do anything. This reminds each of us to have a grateful heart.

If we are always grateful, we will be more grateful and cherish the memory of everyone who has been kind to us without saying anything in return. It is because of their existence that we have today's happiness and joy. If you are always grateful, you will be happy to give more help and encouragement to others, and you will be able to extend a helping hand to people in distress or desperate for survival with love and no return. If you are always grateful, you will be less critical of others and more appreciative of their environment.

"A grateful heart, thank you for being with me all my life, and let me have the courage to be myself; a grateful heart, thank fate, flowers bloom and fall, and I will cherish..." Learn to cherish your happiness, learn to thank everything around you, because treasure can have, and gratitude can last forever

Gratitude is an eternal topic in our life. Learn to be grateful and love life. We will feel more happiness.

2.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Speaking of gratitude, we should be most grateful to our parents for their upbringing, education and meticulous care for us.

My mother is not young, beautiful, has no capable job, and has no rich family. She is an ordinary parent.

Once I looked for a piece of clothes and found my mother's wardrobe. I felt sad at once. Why is my wardrobe full? Neither father nor mother used one. When do you remember the clothes they wore? I still remember one time when my mother took out a windbreaker and said that it was bigger than me. At that time, I didn't believe it. Now think of me as 13 years old. In this way, that dress has been worn for 13 years.

My mother always wants to buy good things for me, but she is not willing to leave them for her own use. My mother always wants to leave them for me even if she likes them again.

I know my mother has always had a wish that when I grow up, she wants me to be a promising and useful person in the society, enter the ideal university, and find a job that I like. So I will continue to work hard, and will not let her wishes go away.

It is said that my father is the pillar of the family, but I have a lovely little father. His eyes are small and his height is small. My father is also good to me at ordinary times. I can't go shopping without me.

Let's talk about the second parent in our life. She is our head teacher, classroom teacher, and those hard working professional teachers.

Our head teacher is small and wears glasses. She is no worse than her own daughter to us. Just like this winter solstice, the head teacher buys vegetables, pots and drinks. But she herself did not take a few bites.

Our Chinese teacher has a very good temper. Every time we haven't finished our homework, she calls us to the office and tells us to hand in our homework on time.

And our martial arts teacher, who is not young, is always afraid that we will fall when we pass through the side sky, cloud, and one by one. He always protects us when he lets us pass by ourselves for fear of accidents. We haven't sweated every time in class, and the teachers are already sweating.

The third thing we should be grateful for is our classmates. We practice together and work hard together, but we never feel tired. Because of them, we had a happy break and a happy childhood. Without them, there would be no happy study life, no big family like us, and no warm class like us.

3.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Thank the sun for giving us warmth, thank the earth for giving us food, thank the birds for singing to us, thank our parents for giving us love, thank teachers and students for giving us education and care, thank strangers for giving us an understanding smile

People should have a grateful heart

Everything in the world, life cycle, everyone who comes to this world is lucky. Children entering the new century are more like this: there are wind children to accompany us, and birds to sing for us. We learn knowledge in a quiet environment. When you grow up healthy and sad under the care of love, someone will send you lollipops to amuse you; When falling, someone will stretch out a pair of warm hands. You can have ideals, you have conditions to realize your ideals, you want you to work hard.

Students, how happy it is to live in this colorful and loving world! You should know how to cherish. He, she or it who should know how to give you all this. Yes, people should have a grateful heart:

Thank the sun for giving us warmth, thank the earth for giving us food, thank the birds for singing to us, thank our parents for giving us love, thank teachers and students for giving us education and care, thank strangers for giving us a smile of understanding

If you know how to be grateful, you will have a good mood and the world will become a better place!

4.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Today is Thanksgiving Day. Everyone has different ways of thanksgiving. Thanksgiving to parents requires filial piety; To be grateful to friends requires sincerity; To be grateful to your loved ones, you need to be sincere; Thanksgiving to life requires love. On Thanksgiving Day, November 24, I would like to thank you and me. I hope everyone has a heart of gratitude. Give the best wishes to the people around you

Today is Thanksgiving Day. First of all, I wish my parents happy every day; Thank my parents for bringing me to the world, knowing and making friends with you. You have brought me a lot of happiness. I sincerely wish you happy every day!

Today is Thanksgiving Day. I want to thank my teachers. They have taught me a lot of knowledge and culture, let me learn a lot, and taught us how to be human. They are guides on our life. I want to thank them and bless them: happy every day! Happy forever!

Today is Thanksgiving Day. I want to thank my classmates for making my campus life happy every day; There are also many elder brothers and sisters who give me a lot of help and support. My articles are not good. They help me to give advice and make me progress bit by bit. They are good examples for me to learn. I really thank them and wish them happy every day! Study and progress!

Today is Thanksgiving Day. My heart is very excited. I thank my parents and grandma, my teachers and classmates, my brothers and sisters, and my friends. I wish them happy every day and happiness forever.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of them!

5.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Everyone is grateful to their parents and teachers. Yes, I am as grateful as everyone to my parents. I don't know which word to use to describe them. All I know is that they loved me most when they were young. At that time, I don't know whether it was my fault or theirs. I don't know how they love me, but I know how they educate me.

From childhood, my parents often said to me, "Study hard, and you will have a way out." I don't know how to answer. Just in the heart a sentence of complaint and chagrin you. Now, when I grow up, I am no longer the one who always criticizes my parents; I am not the one who only cries every day; I'm not the one who can't get up after falling. I have experienced many things and learned a lot. Let's get rid of our bad habits, bury our complaints about our parents, learn to be grateful, and start from ourselves.

6.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

November Xx is Thanksgiving Day. The teacher said that we should have a grateful heart and thank those who care about and help us. On Thanksgiving Day, I first called my grandparents in Ningqiang and told them that I loved them very much and hoped they would pay attention to their health. Grandparents were very excited. I was very happy to buy toys for me.

Later, when I saw my mother washing clothes, I said, "Let me wash my socks by myself!" Mom said happily, "Good!". I followed my mother's example. First, I filled half a basin of water, poured a little detergent, put my socks in and soaked them for a while, and then began to rub them. A lot of small bubbles appeared in the basin, and my hands seemed to have turned into cotton candy, which was very beautiful in all colors under the light. After rubbing for a while, my mother said that it would be cleaner if she added some soap. Then I wiped some soap and continued rubbing. I rubbed and rubbed and felt clean. Then I wrung my socks dry and continued rubbing in clean water. My mother said that when the water became free of foam, it would be clean. I poured out the water in the basin and rubbed it with a basin of clean water. A total of three basins of water were changed, and the socks were finally cleaned. My mother praised me for being able to help my mother when I grew up. I was very happy, but I also understood that it was really hard for my mother to wash clothes. I put my socks on the radiator, and the next morning they were dry, and they were very warm.

I think I will not only study hard and make progress day by day, but also work hard to do what I can, help my parents share the housework, grow up early and become a real man, and be grateful with practical actions.

7.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

I want to thank my mother, because she has gone through countless hardships to bring me into this world; I want to thank my father, because he has brought me countless joys; I want to thank my classmates, because they have brought me a lot of help; I still have a lot to thank... but what I want to thank most is the teacher who taught us. I will never forget the teacher's care and help

I remember that when I was just in the first grade, I didn't know my classmates, and I felt lonely and unhappy. It is you, the teacher, who greeted me sentence by sentence. I feel warm and no longer afraid. In class, the teacher's encouragement helped me find the motivation to learn. On the phone, the teacher said: From the first time I saw you, I knew that you must study hard! It makes me more confident.

On weekends and holidays, you gave us patient lectures on the phone. It was you who taught me about dedication. Teacher, you are sick and still insist on giving us lessons. How touched my heart is that you let me learn to love.

Ah! Teacher, your love is as pure, ordinary and indispensable as water! Do you know? How I want to pick off a piece of sky gently, but it is so far away, how can it compare with your amiability; I want to gently pull off a cloud, but how can the cloud compare with your purity; I want to pick a flower gently, but how can it compare with the colorful embellishment of your life? Finally, I want to say: "Thank you, my teacher!"

8.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Flowers are grateful for rain and dew, because rain and dew nourish its growth; The goshawk is grateful for the sky, because the sky allows it to fly; The mountain is grateful to the earth, because the earth makes it towering; I am grateful to my teacher for opening the door of wisdom and allowing me to roam in the ocean of knowledge. During my growth, your deep love for teachers has always been around.

Yes, teachers are a sacred profession. Teachers are the initiators of the pillars of the motherland. Without teachers, how can creators have the prosperity of the motherland today? The teacher is like a round boy, who works hard to cultivate the flowers of the motherland. Although the teachers are not our relatives, they are our relatives! There is no doubt that the teacher is really good!

Time goes by quickly. It's Teacher's Day again. Teacher, you have worked hard. You are preparing for your lessons in the dead of night, I can't help but want to say to you: "Thank you, teacher". Whenever we encounter a problem that we don't understand, you are very patient to explain it to us. Looking at you, I can't help but want to say "Thank you, teacher" to you. Whenever we are naughty and playful or don't write homework, you won't scold us, just seriously reason with us. Let us realize our mistakes.

9.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Today is Thanksgiving Day. My mother told me the origin of Thanksgiving Day: the day when the British people sent them turkeys and food to thank the Indians. Therefore, the Thursday of the last week in November is called Thanksgiving Day.

From this, I thought of many relatives around me, and I would like to thank my mother in particular.

I'm going to wash my mother's feet this evening. After finishing my homework, I quietly walked into the bathroom, took out the foot washing basin, connected some cold water, poured some hot water, put my hands carefully into the water, and said to myself: the temperature is just right. I put the basin in front of my mother and said, "Mom, let me wash your feet!" Mother said, "Good boy, thank you." First, I rolled up my mother's trouser legs, then took off my mother's socks and asked her to put her feet in the basin. I lifted the water with my little hands and rubbed my feet for my mother bit by bit. Mother smiled and said, "Muzi's small hands are really soft!" I said happily, "Mom, my little hand will become a big hand in the future, and I can help you do many things." Mom said, "OK, I'll wait." My mother and I laughed. I washed my mother's feet clean, and then used a dry towel to dry her feet. Then, I washed my mother's socks with soap.

As daughters, we have the responsibility to love our parents and repay their upbringing. I saw my mother's tiredness by washing her feet this time. Mom, I will wash your feet in the future, because I love you very much.

10.感恩節(jié)英語日記范文

Today is Thanksgiving Day. I decided to wash my mother's feet.

In the evening, I finished my homework and said to my mother who was watching TV: "Mom, come to the bathroom!" Mother asked: "What's the matter? Why should I go to the bathroom?" I pointed to the stool and said, "Please sit down!" Mother sat down with a puzzled face. I poured some hot water into the footbath, then squatted down and said, "Please lift your feet!" I took off my shoes and stockings for my mother. Then she understood what medicine I was selling in the gourd.

"Son, what day is it today? Why did you remember to wash my feet?" Mom happily touched my head and said. "Today is Thanksgiving Day. To thank you for your upbringing, I will wash your feet every day from today!" Mother was silent. I looked up and saw something like a star hanging from my mother's corner of the eye. I knew it was a happy, happy tear. "My good son, my mother can wash by herself. Your filial mother knows! Go and read some books!" Mom bent down and patted me on the shoulder. But I was like a "hard stone", squatting by the foot basin, and I had to wash her feet. My mother could not beat me, so she had to "obey rather than be respectful".

When my father came back, my mother couldn't help feeling happy and said to my father, "Old Liu, my son has grown up! He knows how to love his parents!" Then she told him everything about today. My father took my hand and said, "My son, today is Thanksgiving Day. I forgot that I am not as good as you. I didn't visit your grandparents. I have to learn from you!" I smiled shamefully, as did my father and mother.

【感恩節(jié)英語介紹】

thanksgiving day fourth thursday in november almost every culture in the world has held celebrations of thanks for a plentiful harvest. the american thanksgiving holiday began as a feast of thanksgiving in the early days of the american colonies almost four hundred years ago.

in 1620, a boat filled with more than one hundred people sailed across the atlantic ocean to settle in the new world(新大陸).

this religious group had begun to question the beliefs of the church of england and they wanted to separate from it. the pilgrims settled in what is now the state of massachusetts. their first winter in the new world was difficult.

they had arrived too late to grow many crops, and without fresh food, half the colony died from disease. the following spring the iroquois indians(美國紐約州東北部易洛魁族印第安人)taught them how to grow corn, a new food for the colonists. they showed them other crops to grow in the unfamiliar soil and how to hunt and fish.

in the autumn of 1621, bountiful crops of corn, barley(大麥), beans and pumpkins were harvested. the colonists had much to be thankful for, so a feast was planned. they invited the local indian chief and 90 indians. the indians brought deer to roast with the turkeys and other wild game offered by the colonists. the colonists had learned how to cook cranberries and different kinds of corn and squash dishes from the indians. to this first thanksgiving, the indians had even brought popcorn.

in following years, many of the original colonists celebrated the autumn harvest with a feast of thanks.

after the united states became an independent country, congress recommended one yearly day of thanksgiving for the whole nation to celebrate. george washington suggested the date november 26 as thanksgiving day.

then in 1863, at the end of a long and bloody civil war, abraham lincoln asked all americans to set aside the last thursday in november as a day of thanksgiving.

thanksgiving falls on the fourth thursday of november, a different date every year. the president must proclaim that date as the official celebration.

thanksgiving is a time for tradition and sharing. even if they live far away, family members gather for a reunion at the house of an older relative. all give thanks together for the good things that they have.

in this spirit of sharing, civic groups and charitable organizations offer a traditional meal to those in need, particularly the homeless. on most tables throughout the united states, foods eaten at the first thanksgiving have become traditional.

【symbols of thanksgiving】

turkey, corn, pumpkins and cranberry sauce(酸果曼沙司)are symbols which represent the first thanksgiving. now all of these symbols are drawn on holiday decorations and greeting cards. the use of corn meant the survival of the colonies. "indian corn" as a table or door decoration represents the harvest and the fall season.

sweet-sour cranberry sauce, or cranberry jelly, was on the first thanksgiving table and is still served today. the cranberry is a small, sour berry. it grows in bogs(沼澤), or muddy areas, in massachusetts and other new england states. the indians used the fruit to treat infections. they used the juice to dye their rugs and blankets. they taught the colonists how to cook the berries with sweetener(甜味佐料)and water to make a sauce.

the indians called it "ibimi" which means "bitter berry." when the colonists saw it, they named it "crane-berry" because the flowers of the berry bent the stalk over, and it resembled the long-necked bird called a crane. the berries are still grown in new england.

in 1988, a thanksgiving ceremony of a different kind took place at the cathedral of st. john the divine. more than four thousand people gathered on thanksgiving night. among them were native americans representing tribes from all over the country and descendants of people whose ancestors had migrated to the new world.

the ceremony was a public acknowledgment of the indians' role in the first thanksgiving 350 years ago. until recently most schoolchildren believed that the pilgrims cooked the entire thanksgiving feast, and offered it to the indians.

in fact, the feast was planned to thank the indians for teaching them how to cook those foods. without the indians, the first settlers would not have survived.

感恩節(jié)的由來英語文章一:

Thanksgiving Day is the most truly American of the national Holidays in the United States and is most closely connected with the earliest history of the country.

In 1620, the settlers, or Pilgrims, they sailed to America on the May flower, seeking a place where they could have freedom of worship. After a tempestuous two-month voyage they landed at in icy November, what is now Plymouth, Massachusetts.

During their first winter, over half of the settlers died of starvation or epidemics. Those who survived began sowing in the first spring.

All summer long they waited for the harvests with great anxiety, knowing that their lives and the future existence of the colony depended on the coming harvest. Finally the fields produced a yield rich beyond expectations. And therefore it was decided that a day of thanksgiving to the Lord be fixed. Years later, President of the United States proclaimed the fourth Thursday of November as Thanksgiving Day every year. The celebration of Thanksgiving Day has been observed on that date until today.

The pattern of the Thanksgiving celebration has never changed through the years. The big family dinner is planned months ahead. On the dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes. There will be plum pudding, mince pie, other varieties of food and cranberry juice and squash. The best and most attractive among them are roast turkey and pumpkin pie. They have been the most traditional and favorite food on Thanksgiving Day throughout the years.

Everyone agrees the dinner must be built around roast turkey stuffed with a bread dressing to absorb the tasty juices as it roasts. But as cooking varies with families and with the regions where one lives, it is not easy to get a consensus on the precise kind of stuffing for the royal bird.

Thanksgiving today is, in every sense, a national annual holiday on which Americans of all faiths and backgrounds join in to express their thanks for the year' s bounty and reverently ask for continued blessings.
