    FLEXIBLEWORKINGHOURS

    The Company is planning to introduce a new flexible system of working hours. At present all employees work from 8am to 5pm, with a total of one hour for lunch and other breaks. The building opens at 7:30 in the morning, and closes at 7 o’clock in the evening for those doing overtime.

    Under the new system, employees will work a minimum of eight hours, but they will have some choice about when they work. All staff must be at work in the office for a fixed period, from 10am to 4pm, with a total of 60 minutes for breaks.
