購買力和消費水平有什么不同

從宏觀的角度考察，消費水平就是一定時期內(nèi)整個社會用于生活消費和服務的規(guī)模和水平；從微觀的角度考察，消費水平就是單個消費者一定時期消費的商品和服務所達到的規(guī)模與水平。

有兩種含義：

一、指國民經(jīng)濟統(tǒng)計御洞中的居民消費水平。

二、 泛指其他各種反映居民消費狀況的指標。

購買力，是人們支付貨幣購買商品或勞務的能力，或者說在一定時期內(nèi)用于購買商品的貨幣總額。它反映該時期全社會市場容量的大小。

所以，題目中所說的“價格”，并沒有改變消費者的這種能力以及貨幣總額；但是，這種價格歲拆友會影響消費者消費的規(guī)模與水平。

購買力是什么意思

購買力（英語：Purchasing power）為一經(jīng)濟學上之術(shù)語，顧名思義即是取得貨幣收入之后購買貨品和服務的能力。

購買力由什么決定

收入是消費的乎槐基礎(chǔ)，物價影響消費。

什么叫購買力

首先糾正一點，PPP指的是購買力平價，是表現(xiàn)人均購買力的一個指標。

購買力平價（英語：Purchasing Power Parity，PPP）在經(jīng)濟學上，是一種根據(jù)各國不同的價格水平計算出來的貨幣之間的等值系數(shù)，使我們能夠?qū)Ω鲊膰鴥?nèi)生產(chǎn)總值進行合山喊理比較，這種理論匯率與實際匯率可能有很大的差距。握春

該理論指出，在對外貿(mào)易平衡的情況下，兩國之間的匯率將會趨向于靠攏購買力平價。一般來講，這個指標要根據(jù)相對于經(jīng)濟的重要性考察許多貨物才能得出。

概述

購買力平價匯率對于比較不同國家之間的生活水平?，F(xiàn)行逗皮野的貨幣匯率對于比較各國人民的生活水平將會產(chǎn)生誤導。例如，如果墨西哥比索相對于美元貶值一半，那么以美元為單位的國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值也將減半。可是，這并不表明墨西哥人變窮了。如果以比索為單位的收入和價格水平保持不變，而且進口貨物在對墨西哥人的生活水平并不重要（因為這樣進口貨物的價格將會翻倍），那么貨幣貶值并不會帶來墨西哥人的生活質(zhì)量的惡化。如果采用購買力平價就可以避免這個問題。

一個測量購買力平價的簡單而幽默的例子就是巨無霸指數(shù)。這個指標由于《經(jīng)濟學人》雜志的使用而聞名于世?！督?jīng)濟學人》雜志將麥當勞的在各國的分店中賣的巨無霸的價格進行了比較。如果一個巨無霸在美國的價格是4美元，而在英國是3英鎊，那么美元與英鎊的購買力平價匯率就是3英鎊=4美元。假如在這個例子中美元和英鎊的匯率是1比1，那么根據(jù)購買力平價理論，以后的真實匯率將會向購買力平價匯率靠攏。

對購買力平價理論的批評

批評者認為，假定所有國家的價格商品價的相等是錯誤的。不同國家的人對于同一種商品的估價是不同的。例如一種在甲國是奢侈品的商品，在另一個國家可能只是一般日用品。而購買力平價不管這種情況。

匯率表示你的本國貨幣刻在另一個國家的購買力，而購買力平價匯率跟你能在另一國購買多少東西無關(guān)。

多數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)來源都不提供計算購買力平價所用的商品，所以在統(tǒng)計學上具有欺騙性——例如可以通過精心的選擇所用的商品獲得對某國有利或者不利的結(jié)果。

購買力平價與生活水平

即使使用正確的購買力平價，人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值也只能表明一個國家經(jīng)濟的整體產(chǎn)出值，而不能直接作為普通人的生活水平的尺度。其它的指標，如住宅和校舍的質(zhì)量、公共服務的質(zhì)量和水平、污染程度、消費者保護法的力度等等，很難測定，并且未在國民生產(chǎn)總值中反映出來。所以即使是用購買力平價調(diào)整過的人均國民生產(chǎn)總值也要謹慎使用，因為它只是生活質(zhì)量的眾多標準之一。

例如2002年日本的人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值是40 000美元，購買力平價調(diào)整后是27 000美元，美國是27 500 美元，調(diào)整后為36 000美元。但是美國的犯罪率比日本高，貧困人口和地區(qū)比重比日本大，而日本的人均國土面積比美國小，國民享有的個人自由據(jù)稱比不上美國。而且生活質(zhì)量還依賴于主觀判斷和個人好惡。最后，平均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值并不能表明財產(chǎn)分配是否平等。
